Tanggung Jawab
- Provide warm and professional greetings to guests upon arrival and departure.
- Manage guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Coordinate closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of hotel facilities, local attractions, and dining options.
- Assist in organizing special events and VIP arrivals to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Update guest records and feedback logs to improve service quality.
- Uphold the company's brand image and service standards at all times.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in guest relations, hospitality, or the service industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and reservation systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and maintain a positive demeanor.
