Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver premium customer service to lounge guests with professionalism and cultural sensitivity
- Manage lounge operations including seating arrangements, amenities coordination, and facility maintenance
- Process guest access credentials, memberships, and special requests with accuracy
- Collaborate with airline partners and ground staff to resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Maintain meticulous records of guest interactions and service incidents
- Implement safety protocols and emergency procedures during operational hours
- Upsell premium services and amenities to enhance guest experience
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality, customer service, or airport lounge environments
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English and proficiency in additional languages
- Ability to work rotating shifts including early mornings, nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills with a calm demeanor under pressure
- Valid Singapore work permit or citizenship with ability to pass airport security clearance
- Proficient in using reservation systems and office software
- Impeccable personal presentation and grooming standards
