- Warmly welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met and expectations exceeded
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a manner that maintains satisfaction and loyalty
- Process payments accurately and maintain all guest documentation in accordance with hotel policies
- Act as a knowledgeable resource about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area at all times
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a guest relations or front desk role in a luxury hotel environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong command of English
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and reservation software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with luxury hospitality standards
