- Deliver personalized guest experiences exceeding expectations through proactive relationship management
- Coordinate all guest touchpoints from arrival to departure, ensuring seamless service delivery

- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to maintain operational excellence
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of local attractions, events, and cultural nuances

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years in luxury hospitality or high-end guest relations role
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages highly desirable
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Deep understanding of Balinese culture and tourism landscape
- Proven ability to multitask in fast-paced environments with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing complex guest itineraries
- Valid work permit for Indonesia
