Tanggung Jawab
- Manage front desk operations including guest check-in/out, appointment scheduling, and payment processing
- Provide personalized spa consultations and recommend treatments based on client preferences
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and resolve service issues promptly
- Coordinate with therapists to ensure seamless appointment transitions and service delivery
- Maintain accurate client records and update preferences in the reservation system
- Uphold spa hygiene standards and ensure reception area presentation meets brand guidelines
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote spa packages and loyalty programs
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or spa/reception roles
- High school diploma; hospitality or beauty certification preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with strong English communication skills
- Proficient in reservation systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Exceptional customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities
