Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with genuine enthusiasm
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Actively identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities for packages, tours, and additional services
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high satisfaction levels
- Process check-ins/check-outs efficiently while maintaining accurate records
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to ensure seamless operations
- Assist in managing reservations, room assignments, and special guest requests
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception environment
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in guest relations, reception, or sales roles within hospitality
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, approachable demeanor
- Strong sales acumen with proven ability to upsell products/services
- Proficiency in reservation systems (e.g., property management software)
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are advantageous
- Deep knowledge of Badung/Bali attractions, culture, and logistics
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Problem-solving mindset with strong conflict resolution abilities
