Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with genuine enthusiasm
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
  • Actively identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities for packages, tours, and additional services
  • Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high satisfaction levels
  • Process check-ins/check-outs efficiently while maintaining accurate records
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Assist in managing reservations, room assignments, and special guest requests
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception environment

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in guest relations, reception, or sales roles within hospitality
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, approachable demeanor
  • Strong sales acumen with proven ability to upsell products/services
  • Proficiency in reservation systems (e.g., property management software)
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are advantageous
  • Deep knowledge of Badung/Bali attractions, culture, and logistics
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong conflict resolution abilities
