Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct personalized villa check-in procedures with warm hospitality
- Design and execute bespoke welcome experiences for arriving guests
- Act as primary point of contact for guest inquiries and requests
- Coordinate guest activities, tours, and local recommendations
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns proactively
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for flawless operations
- Assist with check-out procedures and feedback collection
- Maintain detailed guest preference records for future stays
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in hospitality or guest relations role
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
- Extensive knowledge of Badung/Bali attractions and services
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid work permit for Indonesia (if applicable)
