PT. Harapan Graha Niaga is a leading service apartment and short-term rental management company based in Jakarta. We are dedicated to delivering a premium, hotel-standard experience for our guests, blending the comfort of serviced apartments with the personalized touch of Airbnb hospitality. We are currently expanding our team and seeking a highly motivated Guest Relationship Officer to manage our guest experiences.

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our international and domestic guests, ensuring their stay is seamless, comfortable, and memorable. You will be responsible for managing guest relations, handling inquiries, and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to uphold our high standards of service. We are specifically looking for a candidate who is fluent in both Chinese (Mandarin) and Indonesian, as effective communication is key to building long-term relationships with our diverse clientele. You will also assist in promoting property amenities and services to maximize guest satisfaction and handle check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Act as the primary point of contact for guests, greeting them warmly upon arrival and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
  • Manage and respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, specifically utilizing Chinese and Indonesian languages.
  • Coordinate closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the property is clean, well-maintained, and ready for guests.
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally, resolving issues to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and retention.
  • Assist in promoting property amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance the guest experience.
  • Update guest profiles and records accurately in the property management system.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing guest invoices, handling payments, and managing key cards.

Kualifikasi

  • Fluent in both Chinese (Mandarin) and Indonesian (essential for this role).
  • Demonstrable experience in hospitality, guest relations, or customer service (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the hospitality schedule.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with property management software is a plus.
  • Valid Indonesian ID card and work permit (KTP/KK) if applicable.
  • Presentable appearance and a positive attitude towards problem-solving.
