Tanggung Jawab
- Manage efficient check-in and check-out procedures while maintaining a high level of personalization.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and concierge departments to ensure room readiness and meet special guest requirements.
- Handle multi-channel communication including phone, email, and in-person interactions with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and stay history to enhance future experiences.
- Process payments, manage currency exchanges, and handle cashiering duties with strict attention to accuracy.
- Promote hotel amenities, dining, and spa services to optimize the guest experience and revenue opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in front office operations within a luxury hotel or high-end service environment is highly advantageous.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- A groomed, professional appearance consistent with luxury hospitality standards.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
