- Warmly greet and register guests with efficiency and professionalism
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures including payment processing
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with empathy
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for service delivery
- Maintain accurate guest records and reservation systems
- Process payments and manage cash drawer reconciliation
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service quality
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (oral/written)
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Professional appearance and courteous demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent hospitality certification preferred
