Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and assist guests during the check-in and check-out processes.
- Manage guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a professional and solution-oriented mindset.
- Maintain accurate records of guest data and ensure all administrative tasks are completed correctly.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery across the property.
- Provide comprehensive information regarding facility amenities, local attractions, and services.
- Handle incoming calls and digital communications with courtesy and efficiency.
- Ensure the reception area remains welcoming, clean, and organized at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service, front desk, or hospitality role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for serving people.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and property management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
