Tanggung Jawab

  • Warmly greet and assist all arriving guests with genuine hospitality and efficiency
  • Manage check-in/check-out procedures using hotel management systems
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and empathy
  • Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest issues promptly
  • Actively promote hotel services, facilities, and loyalty programs
  • Maintain organized front desk area and ensure compliance with brand standards

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in hospitality
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Proficiency with hotel management software and reservation systems
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
