Tanggung Jawab
- Manage efficient guest check-in/out procedures using PMS systems
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve service issues
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for special requests
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Provide detailed information about local attractions and transportation
- Maintain accurate guest records and documentation
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service delivery
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficient in hotel management software
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
- Basic knowledge of local tourism industry preferred
- Valid work permit for Indonesia
