As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the face of our Wellness Centre, ensuring that every guest receives a warm, personalized, and attentive welcome. You will play a pivotal role in managing the guest journey, handling inquiries, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide a warm, professional, and personalized welcome to all guests arriving at the wellness centre.
- Manage the front desk operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and scheduling wellness appointments.
- Deliver exceptional service by anticipating guest needs and addressing inquiries with warmth and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate guest records and handle payments according to company financial procedures.
- Collaborate with therapists and operational staff to ensure a seamless experience for every visitor.
- Monitor the reception and lounge area to ensure cleanliness, comfort, and a tranquil atmosphere.
- Promote wellness packages, services, and retail products to enhance the guest experience.
- Handle guest feedback or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure complete satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Guest Service Agent, Receptionist, or in a similar customer-facing role within the hospitality or wellness industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, welcoming, and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in basic computer systems, including Microsoft Office and hotel/spa management software.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude with a passion for wellness, health, and luxury guest service.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required by the daily operations.
- Well-groomed appearance and a strong commitment to service excellence.
