- Provide detailed information about mall facilities, retail outlets, dining options, and local attractions
- Assist guests with wayfinding, transportation arrangements, and special event inquiries
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly using problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Collaborate with retail tenants to enhance guest experiences through coordinated service initiatives
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of mall promotions, events, and seasonal offerings
- Support VIP guest experiences through discreet, high-level concierge services

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in luxury hospitality, retail, or customer service environment
- Exceptional communication skills in English with proficiency in additional languages highly desirable
- Strong problem-solving abilities with proven experience handling diverse guest situations
- Professional appearance with polished interpersonal etiquette
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with reservation systems
- Knowledge of Singapore tourism landscape and cultural sensitivities
