Your primary responsibility will be to manage the front desk operations efficiently. You will utilize our advanced hotel management system to handle reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with precision and speed. Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
  • Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently using the hotel management system.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Assist in room assignments and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and handle billing or payment transactions.
  • Provide information about local attractions, amenities, and hotel services.
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems (PMS) is highly desirable.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
  • Proficiency in English (Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage).
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
