Tanggung Jawab
- Efficiently manage guest luggage and belongings upon arrival/departure
- Provide comprehensive orientation on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Collaborate with concierge team to execute seamless guest experiences
- Assist with transportation logistics including taxi coordination and valet services
- Maintain pristine entrance areas and luggage handling equipment
- Proactively identify and resolve guest service issues
- Support special event operations and VIP guest protocols
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Strong physical ability to lift 30+ kg luggage
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Deep knowledge of Singapore's Orchard area and cultural protocols
- Proficient in hotel property management systems
- First-aid certification preferred
- Fluent English with additional languages advantageous
- Impeccable personal presentation and grooming standards
