In this pivotal role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the high standards of luxury and comfort that our guests expect.
Your primary focus will be on the efficient management of minibar inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, and timely replenishment of guest amenities. We are looking for a proactive individual who takes pride in their work and ensures every guest room meets our rigorous cleanliness and presentation standards. You will be responsible for monitoring stock discrepancies, managing waste, and maintaining a pristine environment for our visitors. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for the minibar, including restocking and auditing stock levels.
- Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are stocked with essential amenities such as toiletries, towels, and linens.
- Perform thorough cleaning and restocking of minibars and mini-fridges in accordance with strict hygiene standards.
- Monitor for and report any damaged, missing, or expired items to the Housekeeping Manager immediately.
- Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness and orderliness of guest corridors and designated service areas.
- Provide courteous and efficient service to guests during room replenishment rounds.
- Adhere to all company safety and security policies while performing daily duties.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of SPM/SPM-V certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a hospitality or hotel environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize replenishment tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Physically fit to perform manual tasks such as lifting cartons and moving equipment.
