Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide a warm, professional, and efficient welcome to all guests upon arrival.
  • Handle check-in and check-out procedures with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Address and resolve guest inquiries, requests, and feedback promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of company facilities, services, and local attractions to provide informed recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including housekeeping and security, to ensure guest needs are met seamlessly.
  • Assist in managing daily operations and administrative tasks at the guest service desk.
  • Uphold company service standards and health and safety policies during all guest interactions.
  • Manage booking systems and internal databases for efficient service delivery.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hotels or the leisure industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Ability to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, service-oriented personality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with property management or booking software is an advantage.
  • High level of integrity, reliability, and professional presentation.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed when handling difficult situations or high-pressure periods.
