Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming and professional first impression.
- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback promptly to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal departments (housekeeping, maintenance, security) to resolve guest issues quickly.
- Maintain accurate records of guest data and preferences to personalize future experiences.
- Assist in the promotion of on-site services, tours, and local attractions to enhance the guest journey.
- Maintain a pristine front-of-house area, adhering to company safety and aesthetic standards.
- Maintain professional communication standards, including multi-lingual assistance when possible.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in guest relations, front office, or hospitality services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask effectively and remain calm under pressure in a high-traffic environment.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management is highly preferred.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required by hotel operations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest challenges.
