Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver warm, personalized welcome and assistance to all guests upon arrival
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for seamless service
- Process payments and resolve billing discrepancies accurately
- Maintain detailed guest records and update reservation information
- Uphold cleanliness and organization of front desk and common areas
- Actively participate in team training sessions to enhance service skills
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or hospitality role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English and Filipino
- Proficient in using reservation software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
- Basic knowledge of local attractions and services to assist guests
