Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests entering the casino floor to ensure a premium experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Facilitate smooth guest registration and access control processes in compliance with internal policies.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of casino facilities, promotional programs, and services.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Security, F&B, and Gaming) to ensure seamless operations.
- Identify and proactively assist guests who may require special attention or information.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the highest standards of service excellence at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, 'A' Levels, or a Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Business or related fields.
- Prior experience in a front-of-house, concierge, or luxury hospitality role is highly advantageous.
- Possess a vibrant, energetic personality with a genuine passion for guest service.
- Ability to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with diverse guests.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the fast-paced nature of the gaming and leisure industry.
