Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the smooth and efficient check-in and check-out processes for all guests.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, providing professional and timely assistance.
- Handle incoming reservation requests and manage bookings through our internal systems.
- Maintain a high standard of front desk presentation and ensure lobby areas are welcoming.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or complaints with a proactive and empathetic approach.
- Perform basic administrative tasks and maintain accurate guest records and daily reports.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education level; Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism is a plus.
- Prior experience in a front desk or customer service role is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin proficiency is an advantage).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport with diverse guests.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and reservation management software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required by the industry.
