In this role, you will be the face of our hotel, ensuring that every guest receives world-class service from the moment they arrive until their departure.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests upon arrival and assist with the check-in/check-out process.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and efficiently to ensure total guest satisfaction.
- Manage room bookings, cancellations, and modifications using the hotel management system.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are prepared to the highest standard.
- Provide guests with information regarding hotel facilities, local attractions, and transportation options.
- Maintain an organized and tidy front desk environment at all times.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of daily transactions.
- Adhere to all hotel safety and security protocols during various shifts.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a hotel front office or customer service role is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak additional languages is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis (Morning, Afternoon, and Night shifts).
- Positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work independently or within a team.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using office software and reservation systems.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.
