Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage all incoming reservations and inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms with a high level of accuracy.
  • Process booking modifications, cancellations, and amendments efficiently while addressing guest concerns.
  • Provide detailed information regarding room types, packages, rates, and hotel amenities to prospective guests.
  • Collaborate with front office and housekeeping departments to ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes.
  • Maintain and update the central reservation database to reflect real-time availability.
  • Handle special requests and VIP bookings to ensure a personalized and memorable guest experience.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification; a degree in Hospitality or Tourism is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or tourism setting, preferably in a hotel or resort environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse guests.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy and reservation software (PMS).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia is highly desirable.
