Tanggung Jawab
- Facilitate smooth guest check-in/check-out procedures using property management systems
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding local attractions, transportation, and services
- Handle guest complaints with empathy and proactive problem-solving
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for guest requests
- Maintain organized reception area with professional appearance
- Process payments, manage billing inquiries, and handle cash transactions
- Assist with luggage handling and special guest arrangements
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or customer service role
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages valued
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in property management systems
- Valid work permit for Indonesia
- Positive attitude with cultural sensitivity
