- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through personalized service and proactive problem-solving
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently while maintaining accurate guest records
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Upsell hotel services and amenities to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
- Maintain a pristine reception area environment and manage inventory of supplies
- Utilize property management systems to track guest preferences and special requests
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality or customer service roles
- Fluency in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence in guest interactions
- Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive, service-oriented demeanor
- Relevant hospitality certification or degree preferred
