You will act as the liaison between the guest and the kitchen/service team, ensuring orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner. Tanggung Jawab

  • Greets guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Takes and accurately records food and beverage orders, communicating clearly with the kitchen.
  • Assists in setting up and cleaning dining areas to maintain high hygiene and aesthetic standards.
  • Handles guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with patience and problem-solving skills.
  • Upsells products and suggests menu items to enhance the guest's dining experience and increase revenue.
  • Collaborates effectively with the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless service.
  • Monitors inventory levels and assists in restocking supplies as needed.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, F&B service, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact fluently in English and Mandarin is an advantage.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
  • Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a positive, service-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
