As a Guest Service Officer, you will handle inquiries, manage reservations, and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and efficiency. You will be supported by a collaborative team and provided with opportunities to grow your career within a globally recognized organization.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests upon arrival.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Process room reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the property management system.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms meet high standards of cleanliness and readiness.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of YMCA facilities, programs, and local tourist attractions to assist guests effectively.
- Ensure smooth daily operations and uphold the service excellence standards of the organization.
- Perform cashiering duties and handle guest billings with high attention to detail.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels, NITEC, or Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism Management or related fields.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in computer applications and experience with hotel management systems is a plus.
- Ability to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly organized, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for serving the community.
