Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional front desk services including check-in/out, reservations, and guest inquiries
- Safely drive guests to/from airport, attractions, and business locations using company vehicles
- Process payments, manage cash transactions, and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to resolve guest requests
- Provide local information and recommendations to enhance guest experiences
- Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and report mechanical issues promptly
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information and company data
Kualifikasi
- Valid Malaysian driving license with minimum 2 years clean driving record
- Proven customer service experience in hospitality or tourism industry
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments with attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems or POS software
- Professional appearance and friendly, approachable demeanor
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts
- Must pass background check and driving assessment
