- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests with a warm and welcoming attitude

- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures ensuring a smooth guest experience
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve guest issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Conduct property tours and provide information about local attractions and services
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and reservation systems
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English languages
- Knowledge of local attractions and services in Badung, Bali is an advantage
