Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the guest service team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Oversee daily front desk operations including check-in/check-out processes and room assignment
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly while maintaining service standards
- Train and onboard new team members on service protocols and brand expectations
- Monitor team performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and F&B departments for seamless operations
- Handle VIP guest requests and special arrangements with meticulous attention to detail
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of hospitality experience with 1 year in a supervisory role
- Proven leadership skills with ability to inspire and develop team members
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution expertise
- Excellent command of English with additional language skills preferred
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Relevant hospitality certification or degree is advantageous
