- Answer, record, and process guest requests via telephone, email, chat, and mobile communication devices

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in hospitality or luxury sector
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Fluency in English; additional languages advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
