Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the front office operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest inquiries, with high efficiency.
- Lead and supervise front desk staff, providing mentorship and performance guidance to ensure consistent service quality.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service concerns promptly and professionally to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate guest records and manage room assignments according to hotel policies and occupancy needs.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest rooms meet brand standards prior to arrival.
- Perform financial transactions, including posting charges, handling cash, and preparing daily shift reports.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, and transport options to assist guests effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in front office operations within the hospitality industry.
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
