- Warmly welcome and register guests, ensuring a seamless and personalized check-in/check-out experience.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for guest inquiries, providing expert recommendations on Singapore's lifestyle, dining, and cultural attractions.
- Proactively anticipate guest needs and resolve any concerns with diplomacy, efficiency, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Maintain accurate guest profiles and stay preferences within the property management system to facilitate future personalized stays.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and valet teams to ensure the highest standards of service delivery.
- Handle high-volume communication via phone, email, and in-person interactions with poise and professionalism.
- Promote hotel facilities and premium amenities to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
- A polished, professional appearance and a proactive, guest-centric attitude.
- Strong computer literacy and experience with hotel property management systems (PMS) such as Opera or similar.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and gracious under pressure.
- Excellent multitasking abilities and strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required by the hospitality industry.
