Tanggung Jawab
- Welcoming guests warmly upon arrival and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.
- Managing incoming calls and inquiries regarding reservations, amenities, and local attractions.
- Processing and modifying reservations accurately using the hotel property management system.
- Addressing guest feedback, compliments, and complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to fulfill special requests and ensure room readiness.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
- Assisting in organizing special events and handling VIP guests with personalized attention.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management systems (PMS).
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and nights.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for serving others.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
