Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through personalized check-in/check-out procedures and personalized service
- Manage reservation systems, room assignments, and guest requests with precision
- Act as primary point of contact for guest inquiries, concerns, and local recommendations
- Coordinate seamlessly with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments
- Handle financial transactions and maintain accurate guest account records
- Uphold resort standards through proactive guest interaction and problem resolution
- Assist in VIP guest arrangements and special event coordination
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma with hospitality certification or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1-2 years in luxury hospitality or customer service roles
- Fluency in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in PMS systems and office software (MS Office, Opera)
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of Boracay tourism landscape and local attractions
- Positive attitude with genuine passion for exceeding guest expectations
