Tanggung Jawab

  • Warmly greet and welcome all guests, ensuring a seamless and efficient check-in/check-out process.
  • Manage guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction and brand loyalty.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to provide accurate recommendations.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are prepared to our high standards.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, adhering to financial protocols.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front-of-house area at all times.
  • Assist in promoting hotel loyalty programs and upsell premium services to guests.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1 year of experience in a front office, customer service, or hospitality role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
  • Professional appearance and a positive, service-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and hotel management software (PMS).
  • Ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is a distinct advantage.
