Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and welcome all guests, ensuring a seamless and efficient check-in/check-out process.
- Manage guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to provide accurate recommendations.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are prepared to our high standards.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, adhering to financial protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front-of-house area at all times.
- Assist in promoting hotel loyalty programs and upsell premium services to guests.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of experience in a front office, customer service, or hospitality role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
- Professional appearance and a positive, service-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and hotel management software (PMS).
- Ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is a distinct advantage.
