Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional personalized service to Club Lounge guests anticipating needs and resolving inquiries promptly
- Coordinate daily operations including staff scheduling, service flow, and VIP arrangements
- Manage inventory control for premium amenities, beverages, and supplies ensuring optimal stock levels
- Oversee boardroom management including setup, technology support, and post-event breakdown
- Train and mentor junior staff on service standards and operational procedures
- Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and implement improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with F&B and housekeeping teams for integrated service delivery
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management with 2+ years luxury hotel experience
- Proven expertise in premium guest services and club lounge operations
- Advanced inventory management and administrative skills
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Strong leadership capabilities with team training experience
- Fluency in English with additional language proficiency preferred
