As a Guest Services Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their needs are met with warmth and efficiency. We offer a competitive salary package of $2,600 to $3,000 per month, along with meal allowances and other attractive benefits.   • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Assist with administrative tasks including record-keeping and reporting

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and reservation systems
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required
