- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor to set the tone for their stay.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and efficient lobby management.
- Provide personalized concierge assistance and recommend local attractions and dining options.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with empathy and a focus on total guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate closely with housekeeping, engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization within the front office area.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in front office or concierge services within a luxury hotel environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a fluent command of English.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards guest needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in Hospitality Management is preferred.
