We are seeking an experienced and passionate Guest Services Manager to lead our operations on the beautiful island of Sentosa. As the Manager on Duty, you will be the cornerstone of our property, ensuring that every guest experience is seamless, memorable, and exceeds expectations.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee all property operations, manage a diverse team, and maintain the highest standards of hospitality. You will act as the primary point of contact for VIP guests and senior management, resolving issues with urgency and grace while fostering a culture of excellence within your team.

Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the Manager on Duty (MOD), acting as the primary decision-maker during shifts.
- Oversee all daily property operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance coordination.
- Manage, train, and mentor a diverse team of hospitality professionals to ensure high performance standards.
- Handle high-level guest inquiries, VIP services, and resolve complex complaints with diplomacy and efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, security, and health regulations at all times.
- Monitor operational budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance the property’s visibility and reputation.
- Conduct regular team briefings and performance reviews to foster a positive work environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in Sentosa or similar high-end resorts.
- Proven track record as a Manager on Duty (MOD) or similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a large team effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Deep understanding of guest relations, service recovery, and operational procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and public holidays.
- Proficient in using property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid Singapore work pass (S-Pass or higher) or eligibility to work.
