Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional front desk services including check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries
- Address guest concerns promptly with solutions-focused approach to maintain satisfaction
- Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and F&B departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Process payments, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate financial records
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest engagement and revenue
- Maintain immaculate lobby and reception areas reflecting Shangri-La's luxury standards
- Utilize property management systems efficiently for guest data tracking and reporting
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in front desk or guest services within luxury hospitality
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio) and MS Office
- Exceptional communication skills in English with fluency in additional languages preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Professional appearance and customer service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Relevant hospitality certification or diploma advantageous
