- Provide dedicated and personalized concierge and guest services exclusively to VIP guests, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience from pre-arrival to post-departure.
- Anticipate guest needs and preferences, delivering bespoke service with absolute discretion, professionalism, and a warm, welcoming demeanor.
- Coordinate VIP check-in and check-out procedures, including comprehensive room inspections, personalized amenity setups, and curated welcome experiences.
- Act as the primary liaison between the guest and internal hotel departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, Front Office) to fulfill complex and last-minute requests efficiently.
- Handle sensitive guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery situations promptly and effectively to uphold the highest standards of guest satisfaction and brand reputation.
- Manage and meticulously update detailed guest profiles, histories, and preferences within the company's CRM system to enhance future stays and recognize loyal VIP guests.
- Assist with private event planning, exclusive dining reservations, and bespoke local entertainment arrangements for high-net-worth individuals.
- Stay abreast of local events, attractions, and luxury trends in Singapore's Central Region to provide knowledgeable and insightful recommendations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a luxury hotel, VIP lounge (e.g., Airline Lounge, Private Bank Lounge), or high-end concierge environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English; fluency in an additional Asian language (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, Korean) is a highly distinct advantage for serving our international clientele.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore's Central Region, including its premier luxury attractions, Michelin-starred dining establishments, and exclusive entertainment venues.
- Proven track record of maintaining grace, composure, and high efficiency in a fast-paced, demanding, and high-pressure environment.
- Impeccable grooming, refined poise, and a professional appearance that aligns with a world-class luxury brand standard.
- Tech-savvy with previous experience using Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is strongly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet to creatively resolve guest issues.
