Tanggung Jawab

  • Monitor Westin Club Lounge seating capacity and optimize guest flow during peak service periods
  • Ensure comprehensive inventory management of premium food and beverage items across all service intervals
  • Deliver exceptional Food and Beverage service with personalized attention to guest preferences
  • Train and supervise front-line staff to maintain consistent service excellence standards
  • Proactively address guest inquiries and resolve service issues with swift, effective solutions
  • Oversee lounge cleanliness, ambiance, and operational readiness throughout shifts
  • Coordinate with culinary and stewarding teams for seamless supply replenishment
  • Implement operational procedures to enhance guest experience while controlling costs

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2-3 years in hospitality supervisory role with luxury hotel experience
  • Advanced knowledge of food and beverage service protocols and inventory systems
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
  • Strong problem-solving abilities in fast-paced, high-service environments
  • Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, POS systems)
  • Fluency in English with additional languages highly desirable
  • Food Safety and Hygiene certification required
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
