Are you passionate about creating memorable guest experiences? We are looking for a dedicated Guest Support & Duty Coordinator (Part-Time) to join our team in the beautiful region of Karangasem, Bali.
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our guests, ensuring their needs are met with excellence, especially during after-hours. You will play a crucial role in coordinating with various partners, including drivers and suppliers, to manage logistics and resolve any urgent issues that may arise. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional after-hours guest support and address inquiries promptly.
- Coordinate with drivers, suppliers, and local partners to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist with urgent guest requests, changes, and special arrangements.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with the front-of-house team and management.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Manage logistics for guest transportation and accommodation needs.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or duty coordination is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in Indonesian (and English is a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Familiarity with the Karangasem, Bali area is an advantage.
- Problem-solving skills with a calm and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in using hotel management systems or communication tools.
