We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Guests Operations & Finance Assistant to join our dynamic team in Badung, Bali. In this hybrid role, you will be the heartbeat of our front office while maintaining meticulous financial records. You will bridge the gap between providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the financial health of our operations.

The ideal candidate is a professional who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a strong foundation in bookkeeping or accounting practices. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage front office operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
  • Maintain daily financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, petty cash, and banking records.
  • Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management review.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless guest service and operational workflows.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and bookings efficiently to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Monitor inventory levels for office and guest supplies, initiating procurement when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and company policies at all times.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma degree in Accounting, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1-2 years) in a Front Office or Accounting role, preferably within the hospitality industry in Bali.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word) and accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or similar).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
  • Strong analytical mindset with an ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
  • Available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required.
