Tanggung Jawab
- Provide individual and group counseling services addressing academic, personal, and social development
- Develop and implement comprehensive guidance programs aligned with institutional objectives
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to identify student needs and coordinate support services

- Facilitate crisis intervention and emergency response protocols for student welfare

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or Counseling (Master's preferred)
- Valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license as Guidance Counselor
- Minimum 2 years experience in educational counseling or student affairs
- Strong active listening and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in career assessment tools and psychological testing
