We are looking for individuals who possess a strong foundation in mathematics and the ability to explain complex concepts in an engaging, easy-to-understand manner. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide 1-on-1 or small group tutoring sessions for Mathematics subjects (Elementary to High School levels).
- Prepare tailored lesson plans that align with the school curriculum and accommodate different learning paces.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents or guardians.
- Create a positive, motivating, and disciplined learning atmosphere to encourage student participation.
- Assist students in preparing for exams, quizzes, and standardized tests (UAS/UTBK).
- Collaborate with the center's management to improve teaching materials and methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mathematics, Physics, or Education.
- Strong command of the Indonesian language with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Patient, approachable, and able to handle students of various ages (7-18 years old).
- Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a professional relationship with students and families.
- Previous tutoring experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates who show potential.
