Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs and abilities.
- Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating Montessori-based learning environment that encourages independence.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate effectively with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic student development.
- Facilitate social skills development and behavioral management in a positive and constructive manner.
- Conduct regular observations and provide detailed reports to stakeholders regarding student performance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Special Education (S1 PGPAK) or Early Childhood Education (S1 PGPAUD).
- Relevant teaching certification and experience in special needs education.
- Strong understanding of Montessori principles and experience implementing them.
- Excellent communication skills and a patient, empathetic demeanor.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing classroom dynamics.
